GRICAD and Nvidia join forces to offer a day of Deep Learning training on January 14, 2021
Learn how deep learning works through hands-on exercises in computer vision and natural language processing. You will train deep learning models from scratch, learning tools and tricks to achieve highly accurate results. You’ll also learn to leverage freely available, state-of-the-art pre-trained models to save time and get your deep learning application up and running quickly.
GRICAD
GRICAD (Grenoble Alpes Research Scientific Computing and Data Infrastructure) is a support unit (UAR 3758) linked to CNRS, to Grenoble Alpes University, to Grenoble Institute of Engineering and to INRIA (French national research institute for the digital sciences). GRICAD was created in 2016 to to meet computing and data needs of researchers at the Grenoble site.
GRICAD's main missions are:
Support and advice to researchers on their computating and data needs.
Provision of all researchers and research support staff of infrastructure advanced and shared for intensive computing and the exploitation of research data.
Participation in the site infrastructures in terms of hosting, storage and virtualization.
NVIDIA
NVIDIA is the pioneer of accelerated computing, a technique popular with the world's most demanding users - from researchers and designers to graphic designers and gamers. We gave them the equivalent of a time machine.
By adapting to the many industry demands and ever-increasing demands for 3D power, NVIDIA has evolved its graphics processors into true digital brains for virtual reality, high performance computing and artificial intelligence.
